The balcony overlooks the canal and offering amazing views of the boats and jet-skies as they sail past . Sliding glass curtain doors have been installed enclosing the balcony during cooler days and evenings. Theses truly have enhanced the apartment, extending the lounge by allowing dining on the balcony on chillier evenings..
